Willow Land & Property was formed in 2020 by Charles Sherratt-Davies. A chartered surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Charles has over 20 years experience in the UK commercial property industry working primarily with asset & property management, purchase & sale, and regulation/taxation of commercial investment property.
Charles was previously founder and director of Nectar Asset Management. Between 2011 and 2020 Nectar managed over £500 million of commercial property investments in the UK on behalf of private investors in Denmark, with a focus on retail (high street, food stores, retail parks), leisure (pubs, gyms, restaurants) and care homes.
