Alternative Use

We have a proven track record of obtaining planning permission for alternative uses for properties, where the property's value has improved as a result. Examples include: conversion of upper parts to residential; change of use from leisure to office; and retail to industrial/logistics; creation of a public car park  
We provide a range of services, from initial concept and pre-app enquiry with the Local Authority, to full planning applications and appeals

Site Development

A proven way to increase the value of any asset is to obtain planning permission for further development of the land/building. This could include adding additional levels to the building, or increasing the build area of the land plot. Examples include: creation of additional retail/leisure units on a retail park; creating additional floors of residential above a high street retail unit; expansion of existing retail unit to create additional floor space.


Project Management

Through our trusted network we are able to connect clients with project managers who can handle the entire construction process, from initial feasibility studies, to procurement and project management of contractors
