Rent Collection

Maintaining up to date and suitable tenancy schedules, preparation and service of rent demands, recovery of insurance and service charge. We offer all services relating to the collection of rent as well as dealing with tenant arrears and non-payment

VAT & MTD

Preparation and submission of VAT returns to HMRC, using MTD bridging software. This can be especially time consuming and complex for non-resident Landlords. We offer to act as VAT agents, with the necessary training in using MTD software and dealing with HMRC. 

Inspection & Measurement

Inspection forms the key to all good property and asset management, and we recommend that properties are inspected regularly. Measurement is the basis for all valuation and pricing, where previous measurements may be incorrect. Where necessary we undertake full measured surveys in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice 

Landlord & Tenant

We offer to be the main point of contact between Landlord and Tenant, dealing with a variety of matters from questions regarding invoicing, rent review, repairs, access, assignments, sub-letting and alteration requests. We monitor whether the terms of the lease are being complied with  

UK Tax

On behalf of non-resident Landlords, we offer services relating to preparation and submission of individual, partnership and company tax returns to HMRC. Through our network of trusted partners we can also assist with Capital Allowances, Capital Gains Tax, and Business Rates

Service Charge

For Landlords, we provide assistance with preparation of service charge budgets, apportionments, invoicing, and the procurement and monitoring of service providers. For tenants, we can review service charge budgets, apportionments and costs to ensure that these comply with the lease.
